Real Estate Development & Project Management

Developing possibilities, not just properties.

Strategic vision, an eye for design, and structured process — between the Dominican Republic and the United States. Turning investment into developments that work, last, and feel well made.

Let's talk about your project Watch Caney
Alba Tejada portrait

An architect's eye, a developer's discipline.

Alba's path started long before real estate — in a genuine pull toward art, painting, and building things from nothing. That instinct led her to study architecture, where she found a way to turn ideas into something real without losing the creative thread. Real estate development turned out to be the place where that instinct, financial rigor, and leadership could finally work together.

She works between the Dominican Republic and the United States — bringing the measured, process-driven standards she learned in the U.S. into a Dominican market that isn't always used to that level of structure, and where trust has to be earned project by project.

She's exacting about quality, drawn to organic, warm design, and unwilling to trade good structure for good looks — or the other way around. Every project has to hold up on both counts.

Caney — her first development as principal

From painting to structure.

Alba's story begins in creativity. Her interest in art led her to study architecture, where she discovered a new way to turn ideas into reality. Later, she found in real estate development the ideal space to bring together design, investment, and leadership.

"Aesthetics, functionality, and profitability don't compete with each other — they work together to create developments that are sustainable and well executed."

Today she develops projects where vision, structure, and strategy work in balance to create value — with the rigor of process learned in the U.S., applied to a Dominican market that needs exactly that kind of confidence.

Philosophy

For Alba, developing means much more than building — every project responds to a clear vision, organized process, and responsible decisions.

Two markets, one method.
